Add JSON translation files matching EN JSON file naming under mudocs/public/locales/mu.

DO NOT TRANSLATE TAGS INSIDE THE TRANSLATIONS, E.G:
EN -> "title": "Welcome <MyName />"
MU -> "title": "Bienveni <MyName />"
