Fix the school listings

Every time a request is made to a lot of schools, we get a large volume of user support, either in the main inbox or via pro. Our contact database is quite out of date because these bodies don't get many requests. We should look to see if there is a way of quickly bringing it up to date.

I did keep thinking that this could be something I could work on as a sort of project, so I had given some thought to it.

Essentially, my initial ideas were:

• Ensure all existing schools are appropriately tagged to link to external databases (where possible)
• Ensure all existing schools have all the basic tags (e.g. is there an academy somewhere that hasn't been tagged as a school)
• Compare to a GIAS extract, and update

I did think we could have a look at school tagging more generally.
