I'm working on a little pull request for User Search. Opinions are welcome.
I have a little side form which you can filter the results in the list with. I might hide it with a media query and possibly have a separate page for mobile once I figure out SASS. Or maybe have it be pushed under for mobile.
Do you think it would be a good idea to have a column for post count on the user list? At the very least, it might be a nice one to search by. We could make it so that users can search for values greater than, equal to or less than the listed value.

Pull Request # 280
Edit: Oops, I accidentally linked the issue to it. Never-mind the tasks on the pull request, it's primarily search.
We actually probably won't use tables at all but instead use the user "cards" like in the front-end member list, which are more flexible. The search form should be pushed to the bottom on smaller displays.
If you want you can leave it as is and I will change it later when I make other changes to the Admin CP styling.
