Instructor’s Form: at the bottom it says An RID evaluation will be administered at the conclusion of the activities.

Needs to be reworded to- Pre test, Post Test & an Online Event Evaluation will be administered at the conclusion of the event. Summary results to be shared with RID & presenters.
