Lines & Outlines

For the purpose of this spec an outline surrounds the outside of the emoji and a line is within the emoji.

Outlines

One of the defining characteristics of Mutant Remix is it's use of strong exterior outlines. The outline should cover the entire outer perimeter of the emoji but not inside. This is done in an effort to look good and effectively communicate the emoji’s message on backgrounds of all shades. The outline should be black and, assuming you're using the recommended 32px grid, 2px thick.

Lines

Within the bounds of the emoji all lines should be a variant of the emoji's fill colour. This is to help with defining a clear outside and inside of the emoji's and to help with legibility.
