referencing and meter unconformity

In an edition I prepare I have a measure with surplus notes in a measure (because the tuplet indication of the n16 was unintentionally omitted), in 1/4 time signature:

|r8 n16 n16 n16|

[where n resembles a note while r resembles a rest and the attached number indicating duration, e.g. 1,2,4,8,16 = whole, half, quarter, eighth, sixteenth]

With a correct tuplet of the sixteenth notes it should be something like the following right?
my.xml/1/1/@1.5-1,8333333333

Now how would I correctly address the sixteenth notes with EMA when the tuplet is omitted?
