add # when creating route

like it is now it is not possible to refresh the views because the url created doesn't have #.
for instance, instead of "url/programas/60" it should be "url/#/programas/60"

in apache, this could be easily fixed by modifying .htaccess. is there a way of doing this in python?

Na versão em produção ta funcionando, então acho que não é um problema tão grande heheh
