delta-filter no error and no results

When using the delta-filter function to extract the results, there is no output result after the program runs (running for a long time), and no error is reported, what may be the reason? My file size is 555Mb
my command is：
delta-filter -1 -i 90 -l 100 out.delta > out.1delta

I encountered the same problem, my delta file is about 1.6G and my command is:
delta-filter -r -q nucmer.delta > nucmer.delta.filter

This has run a week, nothing comes out and no error message as well.

Do anyone know if Delta Filtering is default for Mummer 3.20? Or do you have to activate it?
