ERROR: Could not parse delta file, shipai.filter.delta error no: 400

Hello,
After nucmer, I used delta-filter for filtering. However, when performing show-coords parsing of the filtered results, this error occurs. Show-coords parsing of the results before filtering is possible. I looked at a previous post with the same issue, but it didn't seem very helpful. I really can't go on, wondering if someone can help me?
