Could we please get more docs on (SetUserName or/and register endpoint for DNS smart contracts)?

Mainly:

How to calculate DNS smart contract address for SetUserName/register
Why is there a difference between the mainnet smart contracts and devnet/testnet ones (the same operation throws "Not a DNS address" on the devnet but works ok on the mainnet?)
How long will the .elrond suffix be supported? What will be the new one .mvx? Will both work at the same time?
What will be the migration steps
