Requests to /proxy arent being proxied #375

Am I missing something?

When I install and run api-designer the local express isnt doing any proxying but the browser client is relying upon the proxying.

Why isnt the local express server proxying?

I notice if I just do a grunt server then the grunt file sets up and runs a proxy.
I'm confused why the api-designer doesnt do this if run locally?
