Explore adding icons to filter operators in header operator menu. See #15991 (comment)

Material Icons will not have suitable icons for every operator, so we'll likely have to create some.

Example from https://js.devexpress.com/jQuery/Demos/WidgetsGallery/Demo/DataGrid/Filtering/MaterialBlueLight/:
