Table scrollbar looks totally different between macOS and Windows on the same browser #25683

Got to this page on a macOS machine with Firefox/Chrome and see a pretty decent looking scrollbar which follows the material design guidelines

Then hop on to a Windows machine with the same browser to the same page and have a flashback to the early 2000's.

Anybody seen my MiniDisc?

@amir-dropit Please make the issue description clearer. If it's not a duplicate of #22594, then it sounds like a duplicate of mui/mui-x#510
