What I found for a project is you have to set the Project to "Locked" and then manually add the user to Allowed Users for that Project. Then in the Tracker page you can add a project for an entry.

Hi @jovaniedelacruz ,

Thanks for the reply.
I cannot add a user cause the User is not found.
Not with the username nor the email address.

If I enter the username it searches for it but never finds anything.
If I just enter it and then click edit project the username is still not saved.

Any suggestions on this side?

Thanks.

Our workaround is to let every team member create their own clients and projects, while being very careful to use exactly the same spelling.

My workaround was to go into phpmyadmin, navigate to Table: oc_timetracker_user_to_project and copy a row that has your user assigned into a new row with the project id of the one you need to select.
The issue appears to be that when you "unlock" the record to add tags or make changes, the user association becomes broken. If you re-associate it manually within the table and refresh, you should be select your project.

In my case, I had 20 projects I could not select, I created a new project in order to get a project-user association. Then, went to phpmyadmin and copied the record to 19 new rows (projectid 1...19). Then refreshed nextcloud and it worked.

Good luck, it's a great plugin! I hope the developers will fix this bug.
