Integrated new player mode

Apparently github doesn't let you use projects for anything except repos you own, so I'm going to collate things here:

I want to work towards a new player/teaching/casual mode. Here's what I think it should have:

• Option to reveal/hide hidden information at will for each player (see Feature Request: Teaching Mode #5717)
• Mark hidden information, known cards, etc (see (feature request) Mark cards that have been accessed, exposed, or flipped. #6070) - memory is part of learning, but new players should take it one step at a time
• A different dialogue at the start of the game (instead of the mullagain one), with an explanation of how to win from your side and how your opponent wins
• Option to view remaining cards in your list at any time (see [Feature Request] View draw pile contents in sorted list (view draw pile without revealing hidden information – draw pile order) #7779)
• Ability to swap sides with your opponent (if you are the only original player in the lobby, dont require confirmation): see Suggestion: Add a solitaire mode #6587
• I'll add more features as I go

I'd prefer to not mark hidden information. That's a major part of the game, and people already say they struggle to calculate ice/breaker strength at the table after playing a lot on jnet so i don't want to add another avenue for losing table-skills through jnet.

the rest are great tho, good ideas. you could put these in the wiki if you want something that people can't comment on lol. I have my outdated BHAGs page for my own list of stuff to do.
