get rid of phase and set all pixels in grain to mean grain orientation

Hello,

I am wondering if this is possible in mtex. I am trying to get rid of my second phase (hydride) and assign the points in the hydride and neighbouring points within the grain (that have a lot of misorientation) the mean grain orientation. I have tried to do this by removing the phase and filling in data. It works mostly, but could you help improve it?

the big issue i am having is exporting the new ctf, when i try and read it in it does not look right (as shown in the figures)

Yes when I plot it in mtex before exporting it is fine but after it is not
