Change to primary_taxonomy_term_meta_box() Include to the categories dropdown only the terms the posts belongs to, and their parents (to keep the hierarchical view)

This is part of #4. The other half is having some JavaScript to update the UI (I'll look into that in the upcoming weeks). |
