Describe the solution you'd like

Usually when filtering I'd like to see both errored and failed events together. Maybe it's best to just have one status on the fronent that returns all rows with either status from the backend?

Acceptance Criteria

  • Easy for find all the failed rows, without first accidentally clicking errored and then going to failed!
