Duplicate Query

It would be useful to be able to quickly duplicate a query for testing purposes

Describe the solution you'd like

On the notification query screen a duplicate button should be added

Acceptance Criteria

• Easy to duplicate a query
• User is asked to confirm they want to duplicate the config
• User should be navigated to the new config page
• Name should be updated to "{{OLDNAME}} DATE"
• reference_name should be updated to "{{referece_name}}_{{DATE}}"

Describe alternatives you've considered

Would probably good if it wasn't automatically saved? e.g. you could edit and run without actually saving the new version if you didn't want too. Might be easier to just create the duplicate and navigate too it though.
