To ease deployments of containers to ContainerApps having pre-built container images would be advantageous

Mentioned on #83 but realised this had been closed but it was closed because of not having the rights within Microsoft Orgs on Docker Hub but by the looks of things from an outside view of Microsoft they have started to publish to Microsoft Artifact Registry with the recent Docker Hub licence changes - might be a good place for a prebuilt image to end up?

Describe alternatives you've considered
Building as per documentation and hosting on own Docker Container Registry incurring additional overhead for a tool that isn't massively in need of customisation from a software point of view so realistically shouldn't need bespoke images per.
