Cannot Delete Files on FTP Rules will run but does not work #84

Hi,
I am using this application on two virtual machines and on one it works great and the other one the rules work but the files will not delete.
The one that does not work the server is a FTP mapping the other one is a network mapping.I have tried different translations of the fTP mapping and think I have that correct.
Both VM's have the program installed on Root of C and they are run as admin.
Both VM's are controlled by our IT department and it is possible permissions are different.
Any thoughts?
