If we nerf any of these high zeny areas before launching, we lessen the
likelihood of "ridiculous" market prices.
Note that these are not my personal opinions, but they DO have an effect on
players who experience a backwards anchoring effect. If they're accustomed to
seeing something like Diablos Rings at 5m zeny and see a different server where
the prices of D Rings are around 20m zeny, they will take notice and be
intimidated or repulsed.
We do not want this to happen!
Ideally, we also have a few zeny sinks in place that prevent farmed zeny from
coming in too high. Of course, we want players to be able to afford doing daily
things, but if we can keep market prices low then we'll have less people doing
silly things like farming NPC zeny off of Mavkas, and instead they'll be doing
important, fun things like killing MVPs or BGing. :)
