What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install a proxy (nginx or wathever) (A) that forward your request to another 
server (B)
2. on this server (B) implements a basic oauth server
3. try as a client to be authentificated on (A) ((B) is not public visible)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
exepect to have client having valid oauth token

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
last, linux, php 5.3.27

Please provide any additional information below.
the problem comes from get_normalized_http_url() and the "host" parts
