d command simply auto download instead of showing formats as help download describes

help basics says that d downloads the video/audio but help download explains that d <number> shows the list of formats the user can select to download. In the screenshot in README there is a view where downloads lists the available formats to download.

Issue / Suggestion

1. fix it such that d does not overload the options and maintains the behavior where d <number> lists available formats to download OR

2. allow the user to pass in yt-dlp flags like -F or --list-formats and select the corresponding format to download

Running 2.10.5 or latest github release on Win 11.
