It's possible to deduce the dll names from the implibs, so an exhaustive blacklist can be constructed for a given mingw environment. I have written a script to do exactly this. see this gist. And the result.

There are 15 duplicate entries in the result, write the results into a file and sort -u <filename> should deal with it.
