Is It possible to add co2 profile?
Using single loadcell to measure amount of co2?
Sodastream bottle or small co2 bottle?

Basicly just third channel whit co2 info. Is It possible to use third scale via relay on same channel as one of the kegs? And check the co2 level? Like once a minute or so? Co2 consumption is not so crusial but just to see the level.

Or use TCA9548A multiplexer?

It's not possible to add more scales with the current hardware/software design. In the future that might be an options when I have time to do a redesign of the hardware and software. I would need a different esp board with more pins and more processing power / more cores.

I'm not sure that you would get any good readings on measuring so small weights, the loadcells are not that accurate...
