Describe the bug
As mentioned in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1610804, e-mail notifications coming from articles which are marked as ready for localization should inform better about the work to be done on a specific article.

These e-mails should include:

  • A list of revisions (author + title/comment + significance)
  • A number of lines added/modified/removed (perhaps adding the whole diff).
