We don't allow changing the From: name on replies to help mitigate some abuses. Can you describe the specific situation you'd like to change the From: name so we can consider if there's a way to do it without opening up abuses.
I think this is quite a usual situation. To give an example, I wrote to a real estate agent through a website. The agent replied. So now I have to reply myself, but I would like to do so with a "from:" that shows my real name (but not my personal e-mail address), and not appear as Mr. "[email protected]", because then people will think I'm a spammer.
Though it is possible to reply to received relay e-mails, it is not possible to change the "from" name as it is with normal e-mails.
