Primarily to make it easier to quickly see if an experiment is still enrolling or not.

Perhaps we can leverage something from the Summary page (since that has this info), or we can take whatever we do here and apply it to the Summary page as well.

Because

- the status of each experiment is not indicated under the MyExperiments
tab

This commit

- adds a status indicator for each experiment under the MyExperiments
tab only
- indicates whether an experiment is Enrolling or Observing if it is
live

Fixes #12006
