Description

Utilize Traffic Cop to experiment with showing users alternate versions of the stub installer download page (https://www.mozilla.org/[LOCALE]/firefox/new/) to en-US Windows 10+ users. These alternate versions will offer users the ability to download Firefox as their default browser. In practice, this will mean having different installer attribution based on whether or not they opt in to set default.

Impact on set as default and key metrics such 2-week browser retention, DoU, QCDOU, and active hours
