[Bug]: After submitting a new (unlisted) add-on, the extension is not at the top of "My Submissions" when sorted by "Updated"

What happened?

In a developer account with 10+ add-on entries, I submitted a new (unlisted) add-on.

After submission, the finish page (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/e585e7cf0b3a49759917/submit/finish) pointed to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addons

When I went there, I did not see my latest submission. It turns out that the item was not there because the add-on was shown at the second page when sorting by Updated.

What did you expect to happen?

My expectation is that the "update" date of a new submission is "now", so that it would appear at the top of the list of add-ons at "My Submissions" when submitting an entry as unlisted.
