Add a notification when the user signs in but does not have any more passes remaining

Notes:

• When a new user signs in a notification is displayed that he has x new passes remaining. If the user has no more passes when he signs in, a notification could be implemented informing him that he does not have any more passes remaining.

Affected Platforms:

• Windows 10 (64-bit)
• Mac 10.14.2
• Linux Ubuntu 19.04

Affected versions:

• unsigned v16 build

Steps to reproduce

1. Log into SP with a user who has used up all of his passes.

Expected result

• A notification is displayed that the user has no more passes left.

Actual result:

• No notification is displayed.
