Dear mantainer,

I've got a ValueError: max() arg is an empty sequence at line 222,

FetchMGs/fetchmgs/fetchmgs.py

Line 222 in e41f22f

best_hit = max(results[hmm], key=results[hmm].get)

which may caused by a incomplete genome without given marker gene.
