PhyloWGS multievolve runs taking longer > 3 days

Here is the command I used to run multievolve:
python2 /opt/phylowgs//multievolve.py --output-dir . --cnvs cnv_data.txt --num-chains 3 --ssms ssm_data.txt && rm -rf chain_*

All parameters are run as default other than the ones listed above and sampleSize set to 3000 running on 8 CPUs at 15GB RAM.

50% of my samples completed in <24 hours and the rest I had to eventually kill the task as the progress was very slow only 30% complete in 48 hours. Is there a way to speed up this? I have attached one of the sample's copy number profile in case something shows up odd.
