Using opensubtitles again after 1 hour, (disabled because: ServiceUnavailable)

i Have this error now for an entire week.
i have Premium on Opensubtitles.com/org both.
sonarr: 4.0.11.2743

Can you reproduce the issue with debug logging enabled and provide it please?

didnt saw this problem yet but looks still weird. It still dost download subtitles i really dont know why. For example, one piece is available with German subtitles but is not downloaded
