Version: 1.0.5

Steps that will reproduce the problem:

  1. Create a new docker image with the pretix-manualseats plugin, e.g., following https://docs.pretix.eu/en/latest/admin/installation/docker_smallscale.html#install-a-plugin
  2. Install a new instance of pretix, e.g., following https://github.com/ZPascal/pretix-docker-compose
  3. Setup a new event with seats
  4. Enable option Customers can choose their own seats

What is the expected result:

Users should be able to see a map and select a seat.

What happens instead:

Users do not see a map and can't book a ticket anymore.

Possible workaround:

n/a

Any additional information:

  • The seat configuration is working in a pretix hosted setup (with the built-in seat plugin)
  • The user can book a ticket when the afore mentioned option is disabled, however, the seats have to be assigned manually afterwards
