Add cron job to create profiles on MongoDB #77

Run scripts/createNewProfiles daily to create profiles on MongoDB if the user minted a tokenId directly from the contract.

We should check for ceramic profiles updated outside our dapp and update the profile on our mongodb.

Maybe we should unify this update with the create script.

This issue needs more clarification.
