Describe the bug
Vulkan video decoding is not working for AV.1 codec with RADV (Mesa 24.3.3, FFMPEG 7.0.2, SDL2 2.30.7). It works in MPV properly. Also AV.1 decoding works with vaapi, and vulkan video decoding works for H.265.

Steps to reproduce
Run Moonlight with AV.1 enabled, forced hardware decoding, and no vaapi driver (I moved it to other folder, to make sure that it's vulkan decoding). With AV.1 coming from Sunshine, there is error, that video card is not supporting hardware decoding.

  • Does the issue occur when using Moonlight on iOS or Android? I did not test

Moonlight settings (please complete the following information)

  • Have any settings been adjusted from defaults? Yes
  • If so, which settings have been changed? AV.1 enabled, forced hardware decoding
  • Does the problem still occur after reverting settings back to default? No, because default setting are probably falling back to software decoding.
