[Issue]: Every 5 minutes, BT controller stops responding for 5 minutes when connecting to TV and streaming

Describe the bug

When using my 8bitdo Wireless 2c controller connected to my android TV and streaming games via Moonlight from my desktop PC (running Sunshine), the controller will intermittently not respond for 5-10 seconds to any button press, then pick back up. This repeats about every 5 minutes.

Does not happen when I stream using Steam Remote Play. Same with a known-good controller of same model.

Steps to reproduce

Happens only via Bluetooth. Same on different controller. Does not occur if connecting controller to desktop via wifi adapter. Cannot test bluetooth to PC.
