Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The issue is, whenever Moonlight is closed whether intentionally or unintentionally to the background, lets say by pushing Home button while playing on phone or pushed the Home button on controller. The session quits immediately when moonlight is sent to the background.

There are lots of issues related to resuming sessions, like missing audio, game freezes while streaming still active, input issues..etc! I think keeping the session alive even if moonlight is sent to the background can fix these issues.

I know this might be too much, but at least I would like to see an option to enable such feature in the settings of Moonlight.

Describe the solution you'd like

To add a running Foreground Service with a notification that streaming session is on. And only quit the session when a user "intentionally" quits the session

Describe alternatives you've considered

I know there is PIP ( Picture in Picture ) support, which helps to be able to resume session without issues, but it is not the same.
