Describe the bug

(Tested on a Lenovo slim 3 Chromebook)
Application cannot be resized, in float mode or otherwise. Cannot be full screen. Android app works better than the chrome browser / os app (Significant latency introduced), however the screen cannot be Fullscreen, and the Fullscreen button does nothing.

There is no issue otherwise with moonlight/sunshine. Works great on Samsung tab s7 and in dex mode for the Samsung tablet. Issue is specific to the Android app in use on Chromebook.

Edit: I verified I can full screen other android apps on my Chromebook just fine.

Steps to reproduce

Download app, open. No resize ability and it does not automatically move to full screen.

I was able to force resizing in developer options. For less technically inclined users, a default of "Maximized" for the windows size would probably be great. For any devs feel free to close if you have no interest in doing so, otherwise I'll leave open for those looking.

Temp fix:

Enable android developer options (android settings > About > build version > Click 7 times
Developer options > Launch window size > Change to Maximum
