boog900: Me: I have been spending most of my time working on integrating the fast sync crate into the sync process.

syntheticbird: me: Pushed a draft PR related to the Improve Address Book issue. It add rejections of unreachable peers after a period of time from the peer list. Replace the IndexMap used in the peer list by a BucketMap so that we keep subnet diversity (/16 for ipv4 and /32 prefix for ipv6). Waiting for feedback on the API before writing test coverage

hinto: I have not re-reviewed it after the recent changes yet - is there an ETA for when it needs to be merged? context: I'm short on time/flexibility (for now) because my CCS's milestones are tied to the RPC handlers and I think I'll already be late to finish them

After the `PeerSet` PR, it'll probably be the fast-sync PR then binary startup, which the config will be needed for. So not extremely urgent but is going to be needed kinda soon.

hinto: is probably going to want to give the final sign off, however more reviews can't hurt.
