Plot BLAST Alignments

I'd like to add support for pre-computed alignments i.e. from BLAST or Nucmer. Also mentioned in #5.

I think it would be best to provide users with instructions for using awk to convert BLAST 6 or Nucmer coords file into a simplified standard input format rather than have Flexidot process multiple input formats.

Any suggestions welcome.
