Clarify "Binary FMUs for non-Desktop Platforms (e.g. HiL) (FMI 1.0)" #48

"Support" should be clarified: importers should simply ignore binaries for platforms they do not care about. If we are not stating this this clearly, one might read this as if some special functionality is required.

For exporters, this is different: Do we actually mean to say that exporters should support arbitrary non-desktop platforms during generation? I sure hope not... we need to clarify.

If this is actually meant as in the strict form of interpretation, it must be move to "recommended" in the "SIL ECU Profile"

Proposal from design meeting 2022-06-27:

  • Remove from Feature Profiles all platform support features, rather use the supported platforms information in the cross-check/tools-list.
  • Add text to point out the common problems/tradeoffs for non-Desktop platforms in terms of source vs. ip protection vs. ...
