Describe the bug

weather-server-python here is outdated compared to the latest code example described in
https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/docs/blob/main/quickstart/server.mdx
The current version uses FastMCP since a major update made by
modelcontextprotocol/docs@96d644c

To Reproduce

compare the code explained in the current doc and the one included here

Expected behavior

weather-server-python better be in sync with the example in the updated doc
