Support passing env vars at the command line

MCP Servers often depend on env vars, which must be manually added via the UI every time the inspector is loaded. For convenience, it would be great to pass these at the CLI when starting the inspector:

npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector -e ABC=123 -e XYZ=456 <cmd>

I gave it a go! It was much harder than anticipated. After taking a step back, I went another route and added a bulk import button. It works great ! I'm sure others will find it useful.
