Analyze removed Java tests and rewrite those for which it makes sense into the testsuite. Tests were removed in this [commit](https://github.com/modcluster/mod_proxy_cluster/pull/120/commits/5acd4b5a5a23940895ab57519e813e49699ab1fa).
