[FEATURE] Auxin groups support should have a feature flag

Right now auxin groups are in a somewhat unstable state, For high-traffic bots that may be added to groups for social proof, there should be a way for them to ignore group messages in order to avoid potential key state corruption issues, or for bots that shouldn't be active in groups.
