✨ Feature Request - Windows - Chocolatey and/or Scoop releases

Issue Description

Personally I aim to install/update software on Windows,
in a similar fashion as I do on Linux, through package managers, with UniGetUI,
e.g. Chocolatey and Scoop

This has following benefits:

• Safer: Always download from official sources, no risk of downloading a compromised binary from an unofficial source.
• Maintenance: Easier to update, auto-update on system startup or one click or command to update all installed software.

I've noticed that this package has not been added yet to Chocolatey, nor Scoop,
it would be nice if it could be added to at least one of them.

ToDo

• Add SteamDepotDownloaderGUI to Chocolatey
• Add SteamDepotDownloaderGUI to Scoop

The only issue is that I am not on Windows anymore for most of the time. So I can't really guarantee that the packages are working with each release.
Once I have Flathub working I can take a look at it.
