Rendering "Badges"

Is there a way to render "badges" like these with chunky?

Or writing text (with shadow/background) in a SVG?

Interesting. I hadn't thought of that use case, but it should work. SVG supports text and the polygons are pretty simplistic. We would need to have a webserver somewhere hosts the endpoint to build the, but that's shouldn't be too hard.
